We highly recommend you use the checklist below to make sure you have everything ready for a successful application. Please note that all documents must be translated into English or translated into English with the originals attached.
- Complete the Statement of Financial Evidence Form
- Transcripts (8th grade to student's current grade)
- Financial evidence documents ( for example, a Bank Statement)
- Color copy of student's passport
- Color copy of parent's passport

Transcripts must be from 8th grade to the student's current grade when applying. The transcript of current grade can be incomplete but it must contains the student's name, grade level and a list of courses the student is taking.
For financial evidence documents, please note the following:
It is required to provide photocopies of documents demonstrating the sponsor has sufficient funds to provide support in the amount totaled above or proof of other financial support, such as a bank statement, letter from the bank, or letter from the sponsoring entity.
- All financial evidence documents must be in English or translated into English with the originals attached
- For both Boarding and Day School students, funding amounts must total no less than $45,000 USD for every school year (Each school year starts in August and ends in May of the following year). Funding amounts must be listed in U.S. Dollars
- Financial evidence documents must be dated within the past six months
- The sponsor's name must appear in English on the financial evidence document
- Financial evidence documents must be formal documents. Screenshots showing the account balance is not sufficient.
Prospective students must bring their evidence of financial ability when applying for their student visa with the U.S. Department of State. It is also advised to have the evidence on-hand when entering the country at a U.S. port of entry, in the event a U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer asks to review it.
We highly recommend that students submit one academic Recommendation Letter from an English, Math, Science, or Social Studies teacher and a Personal Statement of 200 to 500 words.
